AHC will pay your association a marketing fee that will be detailed in your agreement. Depending on the threshold you reach by enrolling members, you could receive up to $4/month per individual.

? How can the rates be so cost-effective?

The plan is a Level-Funded Plan, meaning the risk is spread across all groups involved in the plan. Currently, there are 110,000 individuals on the plan, ensuring that rates remain low, including renewals, which average 3%-5%.

? Can our association rebrand this plan towards our members?

Absolutely, yes! We want your members to feel at home with their new health plan and coming from their association will help in that effort. We are also here to assist you in figuring out the best rebranding/marketing approaches.

? Will my member’s physicians be “in-network?”

The plan operates on the PHCS/MultiPlan network, which is the largest health provider network in the nation. If for any reason your members are in an area not included in the PHCS/MultiPlan network, we have other options to assist their needs.

? How much does it cost our members to join the plan?

The plan is open to all your members, and requires no capital investment in or out of the plan. All that your members pay are the monthly premiums for their company and employees. That’s it, nothing more.
